Mini digger Liverpool is a small business!

As a small business in a tough market it is extremely hard to balance ever rising costs without the added risk of customers cancelling at the last minute. As with many other small businesses we are edging closer to needing to take deposits. This is not something we want to do but this weekend a customer cancelled a job for Monday by sending a text to the office phone on Sunday evening. This was a fair sized job that meant we had turned away other business for the day.

We appreciate that times are hard and as a country we have had three years of tough times, we also understand that things can go wrong. However, we are not able to consistently take the hit especially when the customer does not show some courtesy and discuss things with us.
